Happy Things

So I learned in psychology that sometimes when your face is sad, happy, worried, etc it can contribute to your emotions. Basically it's saying that when you're down, you should just try smiling because it might actually brighten your mood. I'm going to take this a step further and say that naming all the things in life that make you happy can turn your mood from negative to positive. This could take awhile... :D
