I also tell my family that I love them because if I didn't say it, I would be a straight up liar. I love my family with all my heart. Family love is a very special kind. It doesn't come from anyone else but those crazy blood relatives you have to claim. I'm lucky to have that in my life. It's worth it to love the people that will forever be there, ready to catch you when you fall and give you the support you'll need to get back up.
Boys. That's a whole other realm of love. It's confusing and heartbreaking at times. But then other times it's romantic and oh so perfect. That's the problem with boy love. It's not consistent. There are ups and downs and a lot of the time it just doesn't work out. Is it worth it? Yea, I think so. Just because it maybe ended badly, doesn't mean you weren't happy at some point. When you do find that one person who truly makes you happy, nothing can go wrong. Cloud nine is your new hide out and it feels awesome. Love is in the air. He does the most romantic things ever, and you're constantly happy. I guess the real question is, "Is it worth the heartbreak to try loving again?" Hell yea. Getting hurt sucks, and it puts a huge chip on your shoulder, but I think closing yourself off isn't good at all. Yes, be careful, but don't be afraid. We're all looking for happiness. Sometimes it takes longer than we'd like, but in the end, it's worth it.
oh I'm so glad that was the conclusion you came to!
